Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, which maintains its own privacy and security practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the ClearPath Pro platform • Generate compliance checklists and application documents based on your inputs • Send transactional emails such as document reminders and application status updates • Respond to your support requests and questions • Monitor platform security and prevent fraudulent activity • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances: • Service providers: We use third-party vendors to operate the platform (including Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for infrastructure, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI features). These vendors process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. • Business transfers: If ClearPath Pro is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with prior notice to you. • With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance purposes. Application data (document checklists, state requirements) may be retained in anonymized aggregate form for product improvement purposes.
